  • Remote assistance: our teams can take the reins of machines remotely to easily solve problems that may arise.
  • On-site assistance: if necessary, our technicians can rapidly go to your facilities to repair or replace equipment.
Internet assistance: rapid and convenient

The technical support team will help you solve the problems arising by taking remote control of the machines (robots and milling machines). The preventive maintenance program included in the assistance contract helps by detecting potential problems and providing routine machine maintenance.

The Neo and Cube software allow access to on-line help in a module available to all users. It is regularly updated with tutorials and all the details you need to answer questions on use.
