Main features: 

    Choose your work method with a scanner 3D or by taking measurements with a slide caliper and a tape measure:
    - Import scanned patient forms
    As soon as the patient has been digitised, the 3D form can be made ready for rectification in Rodin4D in just a few mouse clicks.

    - Use traditional measurement methods
    Apply your patient's measurements on fully customisable library forms.


    Rectify using the mouse
    Most of the operations are done using the mouse. Each modification can be corrected or cancelled at any time with just a few clicks. All modifications made to the 3D form are done in real time, and a permanent control of the volumes and modifications allows you to work in total security.


    Import photographs or CT scan, MRI or DICOM files of your patients
    Rodin4D can process photographs or CT scan, MRI or DICOM files of your patients to adjust your 3D rectifications by placing the images from these files on top of the 3D form, taking measurements etc.


Manage your patients
The patient manager allows you to manage your patients in a few clicks, record all the patient's information (name, doctor, CPO...) and keep a revision history of your patient, using the Renew functionality.


    Take advantage of libraries of pre-rectified forms 
    Our pre-rectified libraries are a useful guide for inexperienced users or for complex types of devices which require a precise protocol to be respected. They helps you save a considerable amounts of time and enables you to harmonize the way your technicians work..


Keep the history of your changes
Rodin4D is the first software to offer the facility of keeping the history of all changes so as to re-edit, cancel, modify or delete the tools applied to the 3D form.

Import/export from and to major manufacturing and orthopaedic formats
Capable of importing the main CADCAM industrial formats (STL, 3DS) or those specific to orthopaedics (AOP, AP2 …), Rodin4D is a complete and open system.


    Program the machining of positives for your devices 
    A CAM module is integrated into Rodin4D to allow you to define all your machining parameters – machining precision, type of block used, setting on the support bar etc.


Print a complete report of your patient
Rodin4D allows you to print a report for each patient in pdf, html, and word formats. Each report contains all datas about your patient: Name, date of birth, doctor, 3D views, photographs, measurements.


    Draw the trim lines of your body jacket
    Rodin4D will enable you to draw the trim lines of your finished device, view it in Rodin4D and programme the cutting of the brace by a milling machine or robot.
